We understand how difficult it is not to be able to physically visit. We are working hard to come up with ideas to keep you and your loved ones connected while also keeping them (and you) safe.

We are happy to be able to offer daily (M-F) Skype/Facetime/Zoom video calls with all Country Manor Campus residents and patients. We’ve worked diligently to equip all our communities with iPads and rework staff schedules so that everyone will be able to see their loved ones.

Details:

• Video calls will be available Monday through Friday. We will also try our best to accommodate evening and weekend requests.
• In order to give everyone an opportunity to participate, we will be limiting calls to 30 minutes. Don't worry, if you have more to chat about, we will happily set up another call.
• You must have access to a smartphone, smart device or computer
• Please have your contact information ready when scheduling so we can get you connected with your loved as soon as possible.
• If your loved one is unable to hold the device on their own, do not worry! A staff member will remain present to eliminate this added stressor. We are happy to help.
• We will offer as much privacy as possible for those who do not require assistance beyond the initial connection.

We know there is no substitute for being in the presence of those who hold your heart, but we hope this helps bridge the significant gap we are all feeling.

We cannot wait to see you all back on campus soon!
