Woodcrest Suites
Woodcrest Suites is designed for seniors experiencing minimal to moderate memory loss, who thrive in a more intimate setting. Woodcrest Suites is the optimal community for seniors who:
- Are experiencing early stage memory loss, cognitive impairments, or require added structure in their daily routines.
- Are excited by a walkable, neighborhood-like setting that family and friends will enjoy visiting.
- Are enthusiastic about the outdoors. Woodcrest offers multiple secure outdoor areas, and is nestled on 137 acres of working gardens, scenic ponds, and hiking trails.
- Are looking for a spacious living space. All Suites include: living room, bedroom, kitchenette and private bath.
- Are interested in the security of a community that has on-site licensed nursing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as well as a need-based, personalized wander alarm system and access to 24-hour emergency medical response.
- Amenities of Woodcrest Suites include: Private fireplace lounge for gatherings, entertaining and socializing, sensory room, dining lounge, activity kitchen, whirlpool bath.
- Campus amenities include: Chapel, Salon, Wellness Center, Coffee Shop and General Store.
East Commons
Our East Commons community focuses on residents experiencing moderate cognitive and memory impairments. East Commons may be right for seniors who:
- Require added structure and assistance in their daily lives.
- Need adaptable memory care support, receiving the right care at the right time from staff who understand the ebb and flow of memory loss.
- Have therapeutic activity needs and may benefit from arts and crafts, games, pet therapy, soothing music therapy, light exercise, and special family events, all under the guidance and support of our highly-trained staff.
- Desire a full-size apartment.
- Amenities of East Commons include: Secure outdoor patio, dining lounge, activity kitchen, whirlpool bath.
- Campus amenities include: Chapel, Salon & Spa, Wellness Center, on-site Rehabilitation, Store, Pharmacy, Bank, Clinic, Restaurant & Bar, Specialized Transportation, outdoor gathering areas and more.
Pioneer Village
Located in Country Manor’s Health Care Center, Pioneer Village is designed for residents in the latter stages of Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Pioneer Village is ideal for seniors who:
- Require access to 24-hour-a day-support, but still desire a safe, secure environment with the familiar, reassuring ambiance of home.
- Could benefit from highly-personalized care from a team devoted to learning about individual personalities and preferences, from favorite music and lifelong interests to comfort foods and personal routines.
- Have an interest in gentle, enriching activities such as music therapy, gardening, light movement, pet therapy, intergenerational programming and arts and crafts.
- Would appreciate gentle reminders, guidance and support
- Desire private rooms
