If you’re ready to begin your career in nursing as a CNA, we’re ready to support you!
Certified nursing assistants are essential, valued members of our clients’ caregiving teams. We know that a caregiver’s well-being and fulfillment, both personally and professionally, is paramount to ensuring both top-quality care for our community members and your happiness as a member of the Country Manor family. As an employee of Country Manor, you’ll have the flexibility and support to take time off as needed, because we believe in promoting a healthy work-life balance for all.
You’ll feel this philosophy through every interaction with your Country Manor team members, beginning with our onboarding mentorship program. We want all our employees to feel comfortable, supported, and within reach of their goals, especially during their first few weeks at Country Manor. You’ll be paired with a friendly, experienced team member to whom you can turn with any questions you may have throughout your onboarding process and beyond.
Your future in nursing matters to Country Manor, and we’re proud to provide our employees with a wide variety of benefits, training, and professional development opportunities including:

Not a certified nursing assistant? No problem. We offer employer-paid CNA classes/training and testing.
If you are not yet a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), but are interested in a nursing career in elder care, Country Manor is ready to support your goals. We are always looking for committed students to earn their certification and join our team, and we’re confident in your potential—that’s why we will pay for you to complete our CNA Training Course and completion exam.
As part of a 75-hour state-required training, our CNA Training Course will teach you how to care for a resident's entire person, including their spiritual, social, recreational, and nursing needs. The course is offered every two months, and each student will be required to fulfill a paid, 12-month contract with Country Manor after completion of the course and test.
We’re proud to invest in our employees through financial support, professional training, and mentorship as they work toward their long-term career goals. It’s just one of the many ways we live our mission of enriching lives!
